14/09/2007 Surridge Donate Equipment to Ripple Africa Surridge recently donated football equipment to Ripple Africa which is based in the North of Malawi in a region called Nkhata Bay. Malawi faces massive challenges with HIV/AIDS and Malaria resulting in over a million orphans and a life expectancy of only 36. The charity is doing amazing work investing in educational and health facilities and setting up sustainable programmes to enable people to help themselves.

21/2/2007 - British Association For Cricketers With Disabilities Roger Fuggle & Ian Martin, Disability Sport Wales Development Officer, have recently returned from a visit to Trinidad where they was advising local authorities on setting up of Physical Disability Cricket. Surridge donated kit & equipment to the Sir Frank Worral Cricket Centre in Trinidad to use in the coaching sessions held by Ian and Roger. Ian Martin speaking with thanks to the Surridge Cardiff shop for their help and kind donation - 'The Kids were over the moon with the equipment and the session that I delivered for them. None of them realized that people with disabilities could play cricket. The trip was a real success in terms of opening up opportunities and hopefully changing some attitudes.
