CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT

Surridge Sport who are based at The Britannia Centre, Bently Wood Way, Network 65 Business Park, Burnley, Lancashire, United Kingdom, BB11 5ST specialise in producing and supplying high-quality sports and leisure-wear and are committed to making on-line retail an enjoyable and simple experience.

This Customer Service Agreement is between Surridge Sport and you and applies to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this Agreement carefully before you place your order.

CLERICAL ERRORS

Surridge Sport use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this web site is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical or pricing error, Surridge Sport shall have the right to refuse to accept any order or cancel any contract to supply such product whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled for this reason Surridge Sport shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price.

Making A Purchase
PLACING AN ORDER

Ordering on line is easy. You simply place the items you require in your shopping basket by clicking on "buy" whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your basket at any time in the shopping basket situated to the left on the homepage. Once you have found all the items you need, go to the checkout and pay for your purchases by following the simple instructions given there. When you have completed the checkout details you will be shown a Final Order Summary. At this stage we ask you to confirm your contact and e-mail details.

Once this information has been entered you will be transferred to the secure server using SSL Technology. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address. Your transaction will then be authorised through World Pay. Before clicking on the Complete Purchase button on the Final Order Summary page you must have read, understood and accepted this Customer Service Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS (If possible on web site)

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this Customer Service Agreement. If the product you want is out of stock or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it, we will e-mail you to advise you of the change in price or when more stock is due. You will then need to confirm to us whether you wish to proceed with your order.

PRICES

All prices on our web site are quoted in £UK Sterling and EURO and include VAT.

The Price shall be that in the Seller's current List Price, or such other price as the parties may agree in writing. The Price is inclusive of VAT or any analogous sales tax and excludes carriage, freight or postage. Payment of the Price and VAT and any other applicable costs shall be due immediatley. Prices shown in catalogues and price lists are not guaranteed. Errors and omissions must be accepted by the buyer. The seller reserves the right to amend prices without prior notice.

LISTING AND DESCRIPTION

Surridge sport makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Surridge sportl cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style.

PAYMENT

Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via our web site. We do not however accept payment by American Express or Visa Electron.

We will charge your account for payment as soon as you place your payment details into the secure payment area and they have been accepted, you will have paid before we dispatch your purchased products to you. In the event of a purchased product being out of stock we will back order this item or email you with either the choice of a different item at the same price or a refund of the cost of the product.
Shipping And Handling
Surridge Sport aims to despatch all orders within 21 working days if within the United Kingdom from today or where product is not available from stock from the latest "Stock Available" date at time of order placement. To determine when you will receive an item, you need to consider the following equation:
Date Available + Despatch Time + Transit Time = Expected Delivery Date
To keep costs to a minimum whilst providing maximum choice for our customers, the cost of postage and packing is calculated based on the country from where the goods will be despatched, the country of delivery, the value of goods ordered and your selected delivery address.
Transit times for delivery provided cover 99% of deliveries to each country but may be extended for remote areas.

DELIVERY OF THE GOODS

Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the address specified in the Buyer's Purchase Order on the Delivery Date and the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods upon their delivery. The Buyer shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

The Delivery Date specified by the Seller is an estimate only. Time for delivery shall not be of the essence of the Contract. If the Seller is unable to deliver the Goods for reasons beyond its control, then the Seller shall be entitled to place the Goods in storage until such times as delivery may be effected and the Buyer shall be liable for any expense associated with such storage. The Buyer must notify the Seller of any the damages or shortages within 24 hours of receipt. Substitutions; Where possible substitutions will be made by the seller if considered to be appropriate. Without reference to the buyer.


Risk shall pass on delivery of the Goods to the Buyer.

TITLE

The Seller warrants that it has good title to the Goods.

Title to the Goods shall not pass to the Buyer until the Seller has been paid in full for the Goods.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Subject to Clauses 8.2 and 8.3, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by the Seller the remedies of the Buyer shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the Price of the Goods. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury as a result of the Seller's negligence or that of its employees or agents. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude the liability of the Seller for breach of the warranties contained in Clause 6 or for breach of warranty as to title and quiet possession implied by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 where such Act applies to the Contract.
Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 21 business (working) days . International orders are generally received within a working month.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
